Job Specifications: Job Title: Maintenance Tech III Duration: Permanent Full-Time (Not a contract role) Location: Orange Park Data Center- 750 Oakleaf Plantation Pkwy, Orange Park, FL 32065 Hours: Friday 11 PM – Saturday 11AM Saturday-11PM – Sunday 11 AM Monday and Tuesday 7 AM – 3:30 PM Salary target: $27-28/hour plus 15% shift differential pay for the weekend hours. Send Resume to: Prathyusha Gubba ([email protected]) Maintenance Tech III Working independently under moderate supervision, performs planned and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, mechanical, life safety, and plumbing systems. Operates industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers and pumps. Operates life safety systems, including fire alarm and suppression systems. Incumbents are not permitted to deviate from standard practices and procedures, but may be permitted to set priorities, subject to supervisory approval. Essential Functions • Oversee UPS systems and Power systems. • Perform preventive maintenance on building engineering systems. • Operate and repair HVAC, mechanical, life safety, electrical and plumbing systems. • Monitor vendor’s performance of major equipment systems maintenance. • Perform light carpentry work such as painting and sheet rock repairs. • Monitor and operate critical facilities equipment using Automated Building Management System. Must Have Skills: • 3+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education. • Building systems (HVAC, electro-mechanical, etc.) maintenance and repair • Knowledge of chiller plant operations. • Knowledge of basic electrical operations and maintenance. • Experience working on a computer in a Windows environment • Must meet the requirements to be classified as a Regular and able to pass motor vehicle record check. Nice to Have Skills: • IT/Data Center Exp. • Experience with emergency generating systems. • Experience with Automated Building Management Systems. • Knowledge of UPS systems and operations. • Experience reading blueprints and Mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing plans Perks of the Job! • Uniforms are included to include shoes, everything but the belt • Once on-site, based on location golf carts or vehicles are provided for on-site transportation. • Qualify for all the benefits. 18 days of PTO for non-exempt employees.
