We're looking for an APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH to join our awesome team in Omaha at The Colonial Apartments. This hands on job will deal with make-readies, work-orders, grounds, and shared on-call (once every 3/4 weeks). HVAC and EPA certifications or HVAC repair experience preferred.
