Experience is a plus and can potentially raise starting pay, however, no education and no experience is required. Must be 18 years old and able bodied. Job requires lifting equipment, tools, and materials and candidate must be prepared to move around throughout the day. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour • Paid time off after 1 year • Paid holidays after 1 year Schedule: • 8-10 hour shift depending on jobs • Monday to Friday • Overtime available depending on jobs Preferred Experience: • 1+ year caulking / waterproofing / butt joints / air barrier / expansion joints / tuck pointing experience in a commercial setting with attention to appearance detail • Extensive background with caulking gun and other basic hand tools • Boom/scissor lift experience (lift certification preferred but not required) • Familiar with backer rod types and sizes; including knowledge of the difference between bulk, sausage, tubes and application of 2-part sealants • Knows the tricks of the trade! Required Abilities: • Sufficient reading, writing and math skills • Ability to inspect joints to make sure they are sound • Comfortable working at various heights on man lifts and/or swing stages. • Able to load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Work location: • DFW Work Remotely: • No
