I am in search of a pet bird. I would love to adopt rather than buy from a breeder to give a birdy a chance at a good home, but I am not against purchasing one either. I have owned birds all my life and recently lost my cockatiel, about a year ago. I now have an empty cage and lots of room in my heart to take in another. I am looking for a conure preferably, but would not mind giving any bird a home. I am not experienced with large parrots. I work part time only, so I have a lot of time to dedicate. Birds and I have always had great connections and I am looking for a buddy to give the greatest life I can. I am able to pay a rehoming fee, depending on how much it is. I will not name a budget, but if you have a bird in need of a home, please let me know. I am more than happy to provide photos of my cage to show that it is suitable! =)
