Gould's Air Conditioning and Heating is a local company that has been providing quality air conditioning and heating services to our customers since 1998. Our company is growing, and we are looking to hire an experienced, hard-working, honest, and dependable detail-oriented installer to join our staff. We currently have the following job positions open. Please specify which position you are applying for. HVAC Installer Requirements: • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. • 1+ year experience as an HVAC residential installer. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to properly manage time, being on time for all appointments. • Pay is based on experience. • Start immediately. Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time HVAC Technician Requirements: • 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field. • Valid driver’s license. • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating. • Working knowledge of boiler systems. • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. • Ability to properly manage time, being on time for all appointments. • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays if the workload requires it. • Ability to work in confined spaces.
