Established janitorial cleaning company has an opening for a Contract Part-Time Nights janitorial position in the East Tampa Bay area. 5 nights per week, Monday thru Friday. 4 hours per night cleaning service. Night cleanings only. Job responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, high and low dusting, restroom cleaning and trash/debris removal, etc in a medical facility environment. Must be a very detail oriented person. Additional Information You must be able to pass a clean routine criminal/background check if required. This position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a personal cell phone. All workers must have a neat appearance, and most importantly be honest and dependable. All workers will be paid as a 1099 sub-contractor, on a bi-monthly basis. Janitorial experience is a plus, however training will be provided to qualified individuals.
