Amount paid may change depending on how much of each part of the work will be handled. MAKE SURE TO INDICATE YOUR PHONE NUMBER WHEN REPLYING. Move two 35” pantry cabinets from Kitchen to Laundry / Mud Room. Move 90” of existing upper and lower cabinets into Garage and open up that wall between Kitchen and Living Room. Remove approx 1200 sf of existing engineered hardwood and carpet on the first floor and replace with 4" prefinished solid hardwood flooring throughout. Demo Master bath, install a 3 x 5 shower pan, tile around 2 shower walls, install new vanities and toilet, retile floor. Remove, vanity, toilet, and tile floor in 5 ft x 7 ft Powder Room and then install new vanity and toilet as well as retile floor. In 2nd Bath, contractor to remove tub/shower combination, replace with a 3 x 5 shower pan, tile 3 surrounding walls, and install new vanity and toilet (existing tile floor to remain). Replace single front door/sidelights with new double doors and replace second front door with double hung window.
