I have extensive repair and remodeling work I want to do to my East Fayetteville home. I've lived in it for 20 years and it is time to address a few problems and outdated finishes. I work from home and used to enjoy doing house projects in my spare time, but I need to make faster progress than I am able to do by myself during nights and weekends. I am looking for one or two extremely hard workers with solid carpentry skills to help with a range of tasks. This will include things like demolition, framing, drywall, trim, paint, flooring and brickwork. I am also thinking about putting in my own inground pool so it may include work related to that. You do not need to have everyone one of these skills, but I definitely don't want someone that pretends they know how to do something they really don't. I've done all of these myself so I will probably have expectations related to how the work gets done so it is efficient and precise. I will be working from my home office when the work is being done so expect me to regularly be checking in, and to also be working on the reno as my schedule allows. The quality of work will be very important to me.
