Description
To say that the Second Amendment has nothing to do with Civil Rights is to say that the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th,7th, and the 14th Amendments have nothing to do with Civil rights. The entire Bill of Rights, including the 2nd Amendment, spell out which Civil Rights the government is not allowed to infringe.
