Virginia Lawns is looking to hire experienced landscape and lawn care crew leaders for the 2023 Season. Desired applicants. Virginia Lawns is looking to hire crew leaders for the 2023 lawn care season. Ideal applicants will have 2-3 years lawn care experience with a reputable company. Landscaping experience is ideal as well. Applicants with the following fields of experience are desired to apply as well: Fertilization techs, Concrete, foundation repair, construction, mechanics, heavy equipment operators etc. Pay is based off experience level. Starting pay is $18 per hour and up based on experience. Crew leaders will receive a company cell phone after 2 months of employment. Requirements 1. Must have a valid drivers license. 2. Must be able to provide proof of experience in the industry. 3. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. 4. Applicant is required to perform an over the phone and in person interview. 5. Applicant must pass a background check 6. Applicant is required to be on time and ready to work on every work day 7. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
