Maintenance Technician: Summit Land Development is a property management, leasing, and development firm located in Dover, NH. Summit currently manages approximately 2 million square feet of commercial and residential property and continues to grow. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to add to our team. This position will be located at our Pointe Place campus in Dover consisting of approximately 200 residential units and ground level commercial space with more to be built. Our ideal candidate lives within a 30 minute drive of the site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • General maintenance of the property (painting, minor electrical and plumbing, policing grounds, etc.) • Turning residential units between tenancies • Responding to and fulfilling tenant work orders and service requests • Meeting and coordinating with outside vendors when necessary • Responding to emergency after-hours (nights/weekend) calls as needed • Cultivating positive relationships with residents Qualifications: • 3-5 years of related experience • Working knowledge of building operating systems and procedures • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license • Highly organized • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to respond to emergency service calls 24/7 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call Experience: • Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: One location
