CP Management was established in 1986 and has since become New Hampshire's #1 third party property manager that focuses on both residential and commercial property. Our commercial portfolio under management is currently approximately 4 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial space. We also manage approximately 3,000 housing units including both multifamily and condominiums. We maintain offices in Manchester, Exeter, and Portsmouth, NH. We are currently seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team of maintenance professionals. Your main point of contact will be our office in Manchester; however, you may be assigned to work at locations in Concord, Haverhill, Manchester, and/or Nashua. This particular assignment involves more commuting time than other similar positions in the company solely due to the proximity of the properties in this portfolio. You will need to use your own vehicle and will be reimbursed at the IRS rate ($65.5 cents/mile) for all travel. Maintenance experience working in a multi-family and commercial setting is preferred, however, we are happy to review work history and skills to see if you may be a good fit for our company. Compensation/Benefits Include: -$500 sign on bonus paid immediately -$2,000 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment -Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate -Rate of pay ranges from $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience. -Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Time -Medical, Dental, and Flex Spending Account -Disability (STD, LTD, VTL, and free Group Term Disability) -Retirement plan options with up to 20% company match -Tasks Include: Plumbing and electrical repairs -Replace door hardware/locks, smoke alarms, and window screens -Appliance repair and installation -Roofing inspection/minor roof repairs -HVAC troubleshooting and filter changes -Minor drywall, carpentry, and painting -Cleaning/grounds maintenance -Other tasks as needed to maintain property appearance Requirements Include: -Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. -Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as you will be expected to travel to job sites -Basic set of your own tools -Must be able to work overtime in emergency situations -Must be available for night/weekend On-call duty (rotates among the team) – will receive additional payment -A background check and drug screening is performed as part of the onboarding process -A high school education or equivalent is required (college hours preferred). -Must comply with all OSHA regulations and any applicable laws in your area regarding health, safety, or environment
