Source4 is a mid-size fulfillment and printing company that has an immediate opening for a shipping/warehouse associate. We are growing quickly in the storage and fulfillment industry, so this is a career opportunity with room for advancement with the right candidate. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year experience working in shipping in a warehouse environment. - Working knowledge of UPS WorldShip and FedEx Shipping Manager software. - Shipping parcels using several different shipping accounts, methods, and information. - Familiar with requirements for shipping international. - Packaging items for shipment, either in boxes or pallets. - Verify orders are complete and accurate. - Work overtime as needed. - High-School diploma or equivalent required. - Requires constant standing, walking, lifting, squatting, reaching. - Interaction with co-workers, vendors, and customers in a professional manner. You will be asked to work in other areas of the warehouse which will include the following tasks. Experience in these tasks is preferred. - Picking merchandise from stock bins and shelves - Receiving and unloading in-bound shipments - Verifying contents of in-bound shipments - Must be able to lift 50 pounds on consistent basis - Certified to operate forklift. Additional Skills a Plus: - Computer Skills - Knowledge of warehouse operating systems - Data entry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills We are located just 6 miles south of Chicago’s Loop, approximately 1 mile from Guaranteed Rate Field.
