As a fast-growing vacation home concierge company in the area, we are seeking a well-rounded vacation rental cleaner to add to our existing team. Applicants must have experience with cleaning residential homes or vacation rentals. To be successful in this role, you will need reliable transportation. Immediate hiring in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Responsibilities • Ensure properties are clean per our company’s standard for the next guest's arrival • Cleaning includes laundering bed linens and towels on-site • Report any maintenance concerns or issues to management for a quick resolution • Perform cleaning duties as needed Skills • Hands-on experience with cleaning vacation rentals • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products • Time management skills Requirements • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance required • Must work well in a team setting • Must be willing to travel locally as needed • Self-sufficient, able to work independently and be a self starter • During peak season, required to work weekends and holidays Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per vacation home (3 to 4 bed homes) Schedule: • 3 to 8 homes per week • Weekend availability Experience: • Personal Housekeepers: 1 year • Hotel Housekeeping: 1 year
