Double Happiness and had to use the restroom. They have a note on the wall in the sewage smelling stalls that you're not allowed to flush the toilet paper. They want you to use your hands to open the lid of a trash can and put your fecal toilet paper in it instead of flushing it in the toilet. I think they should shut down until they can get a decent plumber and maybe have their grease traps cleaned out. This doesn't sound like it's legal or sanitary. It was absolutely horrible to smell all that sewage while trying to enjoy your lunch in a place we used to enjoy. How slack do you have to be to not close your doors when you don't have a working septic system in a restaurant? This isn't the first time this has happened in Wilmington. College Diner closed down because it always had backed up sewage, a couple of places on Carolina Beach Road closed down for the same reason. What I'm trying to say is it seems that Wilmington doesn't have a good septic system going throughout its City and it's going to keep causing unsanitary restaurants and illnesses. Someone should look into that and I don't know who is responsible for such a thing.
