The New Moon is a time when you can quiet things down so you can tune into your inner voice, intuition, and plant seeds of mindfulness and integrity.
This yoga and meditation practice is designed to help you energize and make space for new possibilities. Find strength in motion as you flow with ease through each posture, dissolve tension and say hello to new opportunities around you.
