Office machine operator in schools = obsolete = money that could be spent elsewhere
Please don't think that running fake jobs through the machine is beneath the operator (just to help justify the obsolete position) especially after 30 years of sitting there TRYING so desperately to look busy while fighting with every other district employee within range not to mention taking up prime real estate. It's time to cut the position. All of the students have computers and do the work online anyway so the need for paper copies is gone much less the need for an unpleasant copy clerk.
