What We Will Do Arrange Bouquetes: Flowers and flower pots will be provided and you will have creative control of your arrangement. Best flower arrangement will win a $20 Target gift card. Cupcake Decoration Station: Cupcakes will be premade and you will have creative control to decorate with sprinkles and frosting.
