For many women, menopause can bring fluctuating hormones, inability to sleep, irritability, and stress. Incorporating restorative yoga can help manage the physical and psychological symptoms experienced by "restoring” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance.
The class will use props to make poses more comfortable and will hold them for longer periods of time. Wear comfortable clothes and bring layers to adjust your temperature as needed.
