Join Jennifer Harris, fermentation specialist and owner of Kulturhaus Brewing Company for the next class in her workshop series: "Fermentation At Home." In this class, you will learn recipes and techniques used by people around the world to create probiotic and bubbly beverages on your countertop. Each class participant will be poured a nonalcoholic beverage in class, in addition to samples of the fermented drinks that we will be learning to make. Recipe and technique packets will be provided to take home.
