Galentine's Sip and Shop Event by Mode on Main by Mara is a private shopping event after hours, so invite your girlfriends for an incredible evening in style! Defined by merriam-webster's dictionary "Galentine's Day, formed by a blend of gal and Valentine's Day, is a day in which women celebrate their female friendships. The new holiday debuted in a 2010 episode of Parks and Recreation. The term is also seeing increased use in celebrating any kind of friendship, not just those among women." it's a night to #TREATYOSELF and have fun while doing it. Our Style Experts will be there to guide you through our collections, give you styling tips, and top off your drinks! We had the most amazing night last year (first time we did a Galentine's event) so we decided to make it an annual thing. It's about women celebrating women! Special Guest to be announced! We encourage you and your girlfriends to make a full night out of it with making a reservation at one of the amazing restaurants in Old Town Fairfax. Earp's Ordinary, High Side, The Wine House, or Courtside Thai would be our recommendations for more drinks and wonderful food. Mode on Main by Mara is the first Lifestyle Boutique in the DMV area, providing clothing and accessories for urban women of all ages and a unique collection of gifts and home goods.
