EVENT LOCATION: Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino Ballroom A/B In the U.S., one in 10 people lives below the poverty line. But companies like yours are stepping up to help. Leaders in the kitchen and bath and construction industries have joined with World Vision to make a difference for children and families in poverty here in the U.S., while solving business problems like inventory control, low brand awareness, and lagging sales. Join us at the Crystal Vision Awards Breakfast to raise awareness and celebrate World Vision partners who are helping equip families in the U.S. to lift themselves out of poverty. You'll also learn how to put your dead inventory to work on behalf of vulnerable families, while benefitting your bottom line. The Crystal Vision Breakfast will feature a panel discussion on the subject; “Supplying Goods and Services in Today’s Non-normal World.” The panel will consist of five industry leaders from different segments of the home improvement and Home construction business. This will include representatives from the Manufacturing, Wholesale Hardware Distribution, Building Supply Distribution, and Big Box Retailing in order to provide a comprehensive overview of our industry. Panelists include Joe Barnes, Executive Vice President of Sourcing and Supply Chain at Builders FirstSource, Jeff Curler, Executive Vice President, Purchasing at Orgill, Zach Elkin, President, Beko Home Appliances U.S., and Jeff Kinnaird, Executive Vice President of Merchandising at The Home Depot, and Shawn Oldenhoff, President, Kitchen & Bath North America at Kohler. The breakfast will also include a brief overview of the World-wide home improvement business by John Herbert, The Managing Director of The Global Home Improvement Network (GHIN). Doors open at 6:45am (coffee and breakfast buffet will be hot and ready!), event ends at 9am.
