For this week's freeze dryer class we'll be talking about some of our favorite freeze dried meals. Meats can be complicated when storing for long periods of time. This course helps you understand how to prepare, freeze dry and rehydrate meats properly. We'll talk about what kinds of meals do and don't freeze dry well, how you can adjust some of your favorite recipes for freeze drying, and how you're going to eat them .
