1 mile walk/jog/run with Gabriell Smith of Fitness on Fire (@gabri_smith)
20 mins of HIIT movement with Jaclyn Sanchez of MOXI3 (@jacc_)
20 mins of Yoga flow with Erica Austin of UPLIFT Yoga Foundation (@erica.e.austin)
20 mins of vision and goal setting with all 3 ambassadors
Notebooks and pens will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable shoes.
Event is set to take place outside, but will be moved inside if weather constrained.
Following the event, feel free to grab complimentary snacks from Mylk Labs and Pulp Pantry.
