ALL LEVELS/BEGINNER FRIENDLY class will introduce various techniques of flexibility training as well as techniques that are especially designed to improve your range of movement. Kayla will provide advice and guidance on the best to use them and how regularly.
Stretch and flexibility classes are strength , stretching and mobility-based sessions that aim to improve functional capacity, recover better and prevent injury. They teach you how to properly activate and control important stabilizing muscles and perform movements with efficiency while getting supple and energized.

Attire: Loose comfortable workout attire, sneakers, and kneepads NO HEELS NEEDED
This twerkFIT class consist of stretching, fitness, a variety of twerk sequences, and freestyles. All LEVELS are welcome to partake. This is a beginner friendly environment , if modifications are needed they will be given. TwerkFit w/ KG will have you break a sweat, ready to perform, and sore the next day wanting to learn more.
