Do you want to grow more food but have run out of space? Our fruit and veggies are beautiful and can be added to our landscape beds. Learn about incorporating edible plants in to your personal or community landscapes with professional landscape designer/ecologist Nachi Braga of Geomancer Permaculture and nursery owner/operator Laura Greenfield of Oakland Farm Trees and Taproot Medicinal Plant Nursery. We'll be going over the design principles, annual fruit and vegetables in landscaping, native perennial fruit and nut species in landscaping, and opportunities for edible interventions. They'll be an opportunity to try your hand at creating your own design with help.
