WOMEN’S PERSONAL PROTECTION CLINIC: Levels I-III, Wednesday, February 15th, 6-8pm * Emphasis will be placed on Situational Awareness, De-escalation, Evasion/Escape, Defense & Fighting. Level I Foundations mentally & physically around violence, how it manifests, what it really is. Situational Awareness development for every day situations and lifestyle. Gross motor Evasion & Escape techniques. Level II Review of Level I for “warm up”. Ground evasion and recovery from falling, being knocked/pushed/thrown down. Gross motor striking when evasion/escape has not presented itself. Home & public scenarios utilizing our staged rooms & furniture. Level III Review of principals in Level II. Deeper dive into use of environment and afforded “every day” weapons. Office & Workplace scenarios Hotel & Travel scenarios Home invasion scenarios
