Fence Installation Foremen, & Fence Installers $250 Sign on Bonus! $16 - $25 per hour based on experience Middlebury Fence Company, located in New Haven, is looking for fence installation foremen, fence installers, and laborers to join our busy and growing team! If you are dependable, hardworking, motivated, and a team player, read on… FENCE INSTALLATION FOREMEN: -Communicate successfully with Project Manager to understand all aspects of each project -Confirm all necessary material, tools, equipment and supplies are in place for each project -Ensure projects are completed on time and meeting high quality standards -Assess developments on site, think on your feet, and demonstrate problem solving skills to complete tasks athand -Train, develop and coach crew members -Lead by example – demonstrate dependability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and respect FENCE INSTALLERS: -Erect and repair fences and fence gates -Perform assigned laboring jobs such as loading and unloading material from trucks -Operate various hand tools, both powered and manual -Install fence products as directed by the Foremen and/or crew leader -Clean project site and yard area as directed Experience in the construction and/or fence installation industry is a plus, but not required.
