RESPONSIBILITIES • Applying fertilizer and chemical applications to commercial properties and HOA’s. • Accurately record the use of inventoried product and complete necessary paperwork. • Accurately record/report time entries using LMN Time. • Perform effective time management and tracking. • Adhere to schedules and routes with help and direction from production coordinator. • Perform work in various weather conditions. • Follow company safety program. • Perform daily maintenance check lists on equipment and chemicals. • Making sure all employees are working in a safe manner and keeping property neat and organized. • Winter months include working snow removal for contracted commercial sites and HOA’s. • Potential for year-round work to include shop work during winter months. PREFERRED SKILLS Ideal candidate would be a punctual, confident, and driven person who can set the standards for others. Must have valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator License, categories A & E and ability to obtain medical DOT health card. ADDITIONAL NOTES Possibility of year-round work. Wage will be dependent on experience with the option of some overtime during the peak of the season.
