RESPONSIBILITIES • Potential for year round work to include shop work during winter months. • Anyone hired to drive a company vehicle must possess a valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain DOT health card. • Works well with other team members and collaborates with supervisors. • Capable of operating required equipment and tools in safe and responsible manner. • Time management skills. • Adhere to schedules and routes. • Ability to work in various weather conditions. • Ability to work 40 – 50 hours per week. • Follow company safety program. • Perform daily maintenance check lists on equipment. • Making sure all employees are working in a safe manner and keeping property neat and organized. • Winter months include working snow removal for contracted commercial sites and HOA’s. PREFERRED SKILLS Ideal candidate would be a punctual, confident, team-player who is a driven person that can set the standards for others. Experience preferred but not required. Must be able to carry out verbal instructions on various different sites throughout the work week while ensuring that all work activities are completed in a safe and efficient manner. ADDITIONAL NOTES Possibility of year round work. Wage will be dependent on experience with the option of some overtime during the peak of the season.
