We help busy families with the household tasks such as - Organization - Laundry - Tidying/Decluttering PAY AND SCHEDULE: Each position takes between 2-6 hours of time per shift. You will be paid a flat-rate per plan that equates to between $14-$20 per hour dependent upon your experience, efficiency, quality of work, and amount of clients you are taking on. You must be comfortable with working as an independent contractor under our Company. If you are committed to us, you have the opportunity to fill your book and make on average $3000-$5000 a month, but this is meant to be SUPPLEMENTAL INCOME to start ($75/week then grows as your book of clientele grows). You can take on as many or as little clients as you want weekly! Minimum commitment required is twice a week (approximately 6 hours), but we are looking for individuals with the intent to fill their book. WE WANT PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF: Consistently and proactively keeping the team in the loop: Excellent communication skills. Always doing what you say you will do, and following through until the end: Punctual & Honorable. Taking a step back and evaluating your work from a clients’ perspective: Taking pride in what you do. Making every client feel as if they are the ONLY client, and that they are a part of our family. Our #1 priority: Dedication/ Client-first mentality/ Caring Being well-planned and structured for maximum productivity: Efficient Being able to roll with the punches: Adaptable. Being able to connect with people on a deeper level and understand what they feel: High emotional intelligence / Empathy. Paying close attention and noticing minor or subtle changes or details: Detail oriented. Forward thinking and continuously looking for ways to improve or solve problems before they occur: Level 5 thinking. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 3 years organizing, laundry, and/or cleaning experience in some capacity, showcasing your attention to detail: professional experience preferred but comparable life experience may substitute Portfolio or photos of before and after shots of work. Owns a reliable vehicle that is not shared with others. Availability to travel within 25 miles of the Greater Philadelphia area. Owns a smartphone and is skilled with technology to utilize our app. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
