FULL TIME HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR / UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SITEWORK, FOREMAN EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.NON-UNION, ALL SEASONS JOB. Minimum 5, to 10+ years’ experience in underground water & electric excavation & installation + boots-on-the-ground sitework on large, mid & high rise construction projects. Operate, inspect, maintain excavators, rubber tire backhoe, skid steer: dig trenches, install trench boxes, shoot grades with laser & stake outs (we’ll teach you if needed, not hard to learn), re-grade ground areas & streets. Extra 'plus' for CDL, OSHA & other certifications. Reports to construction/utilities superintendent; works with civil engineer, other operators, site workers, contractors. Pass Operator skills test in the field + employment references required for hiring. ‘MUST HAVE’ REQUIREMENTS: -English or bilingual speaker. -Live in, or reasonable commute to Jersey City NJ. -Proof of legal status to live & work in U S - Drivers License or State ID - Social Security Card. -Some overtime required. -Committed to high performance & attendance.
