[THIS IS VENDOR REGISTRATION ONLY] INTRODUCTION Are you the owner of a local black-owned business? Do you know someone who is? This event is tailored for you, join us! We welcome all supportive members of the Northwest Arkansas community to join us for a business expo and trade show that is one of a kind. This event is being brought to you by Black-Owned NW Arkansas in collaboration with Blackground Agency at the Fayetteville Town Center. All are welcome to attend and support local Black-owned businesses by engaging with and purchasing products/services during this event. We hope you and your family join us in celebration of February being Black History Month. **PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE NOTES BELOW** VENDOR BOOTH FEE: $120.00 For Profit | $60.00 Non-Profit 501C3 Sign up for our ecommerce platform for a discount code: here • 10’ x 10’ Space • 1 Table (6 feet) • 1 Tablecloth (Black) • 2 Chairs BLACK OWNED NWA EXPO VENDOR REGISTRATION DETAILS • Vendor application Deadline is Saturday, February 18th at midnight. • Vendor Set Up Friday February 24th from 9:00am-5:00pm • Vendor tables are on a first come first serve basis, if you are waitlisted, you will be notified by Monday, February 20th if you are officially a vendor or not. • To be fair across all businesses, we are not accepting applications from Network Marketing (MLM) salespeople. No strong political affiliates or campaign vendors will be allowed. • Vendors slots are limited and subject to final approval • Only 1 Business per registration • Business at the table must match the registration details VENDOR RULES • You are expected to ARRIVE ON-TIME by 8 AM (if delayed more than an hour without communication, vendor will risk rejection and forfeit their vendor table) • Do NOT pack up and leave early (before 4pm)- we expect 2,000 people to attend please be prepared. (Early pack up without prior notification and agreement with Black Owned NWA will result in risk of not being invited to additional expo events) • Bring your own products, promotional materials, and transaction devices. • Electric power and wi-fi access may be available upon request in the registration form. • All vendors agree to manage their own clean up, tablecloth return, and tax form completion to avoid fees and penalties Event Date: Saturday, February 25, 2023 Location: Fayetteville Town Center, 15 W Mountain St, Fayetteville, AR 72701 Time: 10 AM - 4 PM Vendor Time: 8 AM – 5 PM (if you set up on Friday you do not have to show up at 8 AM) Consent to Photograph /Videotape / Interview Individuals Please read, registration to the expo is you agreeing to the terms and conditions below. I hereby agree and give my permission for Black Owned NWA and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Black Owned NWA website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the Black Owned NWA’s control.
