Tiling Job, Almost half finished

Pictures will be able to explain better than I can. I’ve posted as many as I have. Small shower, maybe 2x2 or 3x3. I already have all the materials. The guy I hired to do the job went MIA and never finished. Unfortunate because he was doing great work. Just want someone to finish the job. The floor of the shower is almost complete and the walls are maybe 25% complete. Offering same I agreed upon with the last guy but a decent amount of work in already complete.
