This position is for a Full-time groundskeeper to work at our 8 locations in Denver and Aurora. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of cleaning experience, preferably in an apartment community setting. Position Overview: Groundskeeper property both indoors and outdoors; conducts daily property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Responsibilities: Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Areas and outdoor areas as needed. Empties Common Area Trash. Clean around outdoor trash. We pay for materials, but the employee will need to have a car to drive around. We are looking for 2 people Job is 9 - 5.
