Seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate to perform all Warehouse Operations. Our company specializes in wholesale distribution of air filters as well as other facility maintenance and HVAC equipment. The company has a very active business operation and a diverse portfolio of customers. The Warehouse Associate provides quality products and the highest level of customer service to our clientele. BENEFITS: - Medical (after 60 days) - Dental (after 60 days) - Paid Holidays (after 90 days) - 401K - 2 Weeks Paid Vacation (after 1 year) Job Duties: • The Warehouse Associate pulls daily orders for Will Call, deliveries and services in a timely and accurate manner. • The Warehouse Associate receives all incoming product and oversees inventory. • Stocks inventory and organizes the warehouse. • The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all incoming and outgoing freight, including, but not limited to prioritizing, managing, preparing, and scheduling same day deliveries, FedEx ground, and palletized freight. • Provides Will Call assistance for all Walk-In customers, including, but not limited to fast customer service, order input, pulling orders, and ensuring customer signature on paperwork. • The Warehouse Associate drives company vehicles when necessary. Qualification & Education Requirements: • Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the day and lift, pull, push and carry at least 50lbs. • Experience in warehouse and distribution. • MUST HAVE a driver’s license in good standing. • Strong work ethic is required. • Strong attention to detail is required. • Strong customer service and relationship building skills are desired. • Must be punctual and meet timelines.
