Custodial Positions Requirements:
· Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
· Emptying trash, replacing trash can liners, and dusting windowsills.
· Cleaning restrooms (sink faucets, urinals, and toilets)
· Performs other job-related duties and special projects, as required
· Must have reliable transportation
Floor Technicians Requirements:
·Operating professional commercial floor equipment including but not limited to floor scrubbers, burnishers, polishers, and carpet extractors
Additional Requirements:
Some of our Custodial and Floor Technician positions may require a background check, drug screening, vaccination records and/or COVID-19 vaccination records
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, reaching, stooping, crouching, pushing, and lifting up to 50lbs
Available shifts:
Full-time and Part-time shifts are available.
4 or 8 hours shifts.
Compensation:
Between $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on position and location.
