Celebrate Valentine's Day Weekend with Online Cooking Classes

Rocky Top Catering will be offering Couples, Cooking & Cocktails – live cooking classes on Zoom during Valentine's Day weekend hosted by Owner and Chef Dean Ogan. Couples can choose from one of two sessions: Saturday, Feb. 13 or Sunday, Feb. 14 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Lucy Daniels Center, the largest provider of mental health services in the Triangle for children up to age 11. The menu includes butter-poached and seared teres major steak, and ricotta and herb gnocchi. Packages range from $50 for a shopping list and prep instructions, to $200 for all fully prepped ingredients plus N.C. Cheese and Charcuterie Box, Cocktail/Mocktail Kit, and Dessert Box.
