FIRE AND WATER MITIGATION TECHNICIANS Well established, fire and water damage restoration company seeks experienced and inexperienced mitigation technicians. Lots of hours, reasonable pay for experience. $15 per hour for inexperienced / trainable individuals. Potential career starting point in fire and water mitigation industry. Need to be able to: (1) Use hand tools to remove and eliminate fire / water damaged carpets, flooring, wallboard, etc. (2) Lift 35 to 50 lbs consistently and equipment and perform "clean" demolition (3) Potentially perform packouts of water / fire damage home contents prior to demo and reconstruction (4) Accurately Read and Write in English Nice to have: (5) Have Clean / Valid CT Driver License Must: (6) Pass Background Check and Drug Screen (7) Be prepared for / willing to do Continuing Education for certifications (company pays) (8) Be able to potentially work long hours, if required.
