We are currently seeking to fill a part-time maintenance position at our Chippewa Falls community that can help us manage the smooth transitions that come with expansion, renovations, and tenant move-outs. Territory Job is located in Chippewa Falls, WI and is responsible for all tasks onsite as well as a smaller complex in close proximity. Corporate Headquarters is based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin Duties and Responsibilities All candidates will have a working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. Most work will be tenant repair requests with the occasional apartment renovation. Must be able to work independently, while following instructions from management. Must be familiar with basic hand and power tools; Must have your own necessary tools. Respond to tenant maintenance requests that are assigned by the Maintenance Manager or requested by the tenants during normal business hours. Completing repair work to get rental units ready to rent as quickly as possible. Submit Receipts and Mileage Sheets weekly to the corporate office. Submit Timesheets daily. Prosper Real Estate Maintenance Technicians are punctual, resourceful, professional, honest, and hard-working. Performs all Lawn Care, Snow Removal and Common Area Cleaning tasks, or can effectively outsource these requirements as needed and approved the property owner. Is on call for emergency maintenance after regular office hours. This is atypical, however. Requirements Valid Driver's License Qualified candidates will have at least three years of hands-on home repair maintenance experience. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Must be able to lift 50bls Schedule: Work Schedule 20-25 per week Flexible with most work being performed from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday Schedule is to be determined by Rivertrail Management Day Shift (Required) Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Maintenance: 3 years (Required) Custodial experience: 1 year (Preferred)
