Description

When you break it down to the core, both Trump and Biden, for the most part, are facing the same issue. Both had classified documents and they shouldn't have had them. Do you think both will face the charges they should? If they don't, does it prove a failure of our system? Harder question, based ONLY on hard facts, should one face harsher charges? This isn't a question about how much you like the person, this is a question that is based on the laws we have and the penalties associated with breaking those laws. Want to really make your point? Post a link to the law and describe the act that violated it. Personal question. If it was proven, by law, that the person you don't like was not guilty would you accept it? Justice doesn't always reflect public opinion or even look like something we wanted. Or would you just use it as another reason to be mad?
