Water Damage Technician We are a growing emergency commercial / residential property damage restoration company, specializing in water, fire & smoke damage restoration. We deploy the latest industry technology serving the DFW area and we are located in Dallas. Our 24/7/365 response team provides exceptional turnkey mitigation services, extensive expertise and client first management We are searching for a full-time highly motivated technician to become a member of our team. This position will be part of our emergency water damage and restoration crew(s) on projects involving residential and commercial buildings. This is a high level customer-facing position requiring professionalism, tact and an uncompromising drive to exceed client expectations. Excellent communications skills, a positive attitude and a high sense of urgency are a must. Our technicians must be hard working, available to serve on our 24 hour on-call rotation, have a clean, valid driver's license and be able to pass a criminal background check and also random drug screening. Responsibilities: • Follow the job site safety conditions and procedural protocol • Perform assigned tasks as part of the crew with quality and care • Be a flexible team player and demonstrate a can-do attitude at all times • Perform disaster response or crisis management activities concerning emergency services for water damage to assure customer satisfaction • Water extraction, remedial demolition and drying • Maintain company image and positive attitude • Be available 24 hrs / 7 days (as required) • Take the initiative to improve technical knowledge and personal performance • Attend training seminars in aspects of restoration Required Skills: • Visibly apparent “Customer-First” skills • Proven problem solver adept in securing client solutions • Skilled in confirming customer-satisfaction prior to concluding service work • Excellent communication, customer care with a friendly personality • High interest in developing knowledge of current technology and systems Preferred Skills: • Experience in the fire and water damage restoration and mold remediation industry is a plus and certifications helpful, but not required
