Construction Project ManagerConstruction company is looking for a Project Manager. Salary - $70k-85k based on experience.ResponsibilitiesAssist with order processing and entry into accounting system and files.Assist in the contract review process, specifically focusing on scope of work responsibilities the company is expected to provide.Submit Requests for Information (RFl's) as directed by the Manager.Act as the liaison between our manufacturers and the company for product reports, submittals, as-built shop drawings, etc.Management of the submittal process - generate clear and accurate submittals and include shop drawings, samples, literature, test data, manufacturer certifications, and L.E.E.D. informationProcess architect and general contractor responses/ requests and update submittals to reflect all changes.Prepare all documentation required for effective coordination and installation of our product (i.e. shop drawings, special jobsite instructions, etc.) RequirementsConstruction/Contracting BackgroundAbility to read blueprintsAttention to detailExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe a plus Experience with ViewPoint software (construction software), Timberline, ProLine.
