Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
Preforming work on heating, cooling and plumbing systems.
Planning and scheduling repairs, preforming work orders for tenants.
Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Flexibility to be apart of on call rotation.
Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Preforming basic tasks like ground up keep, snow removal, ect.
