Photographer for two-day community conference in Boston area

We're a local nonprofit with a worldwide mission to promote computer user freedom, and we're seeking a contract photographer to cover a two-day ethics and technology conference (), March 18 and 19, 2023, in the Boston area. The event runs from approximately 9:30 to 18:15 EDT both days, and we expect approximately 350 people. However, full days of photography work are not likely to be necessary. We will provide a shooting script and instructions for how to deliver videos to us [via FTP][1]. The latter of which may be minimal, assuming the photos are good (i.e. light and color balance). *Please keep in mind that our maximum budget is $1,000 and that we will be comparing estimates, so competitive pricing is encouraged.* * Your portfolio, either attached or linked. Please keep in mind that attachments should be in a [free format][2] (such as PDF), and that links should be viewable [without requiring non-free JS][3]. * Although it is not a requirement, if you're already familiar with [GIMP][4], [Fotox][5], and/or other free software photo editors, please let us know.
