K&K Construction & Renovations is looking to hire an experienced, punctual and dependable Foreman. The Site Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a job site including the supervision and direction of Demolition, framing, siding, flooring and painting on that Site to ensure the timely execution of project criteria. The Site Foremen will be required to conduct their duties in a safe, diligent manner at all times. The Site Foreman is responsible for day-to-day supervision, direction and coordination of employees as well as manual labor, equipment operation and maintenance, etc. as needed to complete daily work. The Site Foreman is a mid-level management position. Pay for this position will be based off experience.
