Seeking diligent and professional Maintenance Technician for a Ruskin, FL 97-par RV Park. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical premises of the property. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Handle any needed maintenance concerns * Perform daily inspections of the property and report any maintenance concerns and recommend solutions. * Prioritizes service requests. Experience: * Familiarity with plumbing (extensive plumbing experience is a Plus!) * Turf Management Machinery (Riding Mowers, Blowers, et Al.) * Light Electrical Work Job Type: Full-time (M-F 8:00 to 5:00 with one hour lunch break) Pay: $18/ hour to start *MUST BE AVAILABLE ON CALL DURING WEEKENDS*APPLICANTS MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MILES OF THE JOB SITE IN RUSKIN, FL*
