Will maintain recreational and common areas clean.
Assist with cleanouts and waste removal.
Manage a clean and safe work area.
Must have a Go-getter attitude.
Keep community operating smoothly and according to safety standards.
Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, and supervisors.
Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features.
Work with the service team to always ensure excellent curb appeal.
