NOW HIRING CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION SPECIALIST

Description

We are looking for a construction/renovation specialist that shows a great level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. We buy ugly houses and transform them into beautiful homes (yes, like on HGTV). We need motivated, skilled employees to do construction and renovation work at various residential property job sites throughout the entire Tampa Bay Area. Each day may present multiple tasks to perform at one or more job sites such as: • Demo work • Light carpentry work & repairs • Painting (drywall experience is a plus but not a requirement) • Fixture installs (some plumbing and/or electrical experience also a plus) • Power Washing • Landscaping • Punch-list items There are a few things you'll need in order to be considered for this position, so please apply ONLY if you are able to meet ALL requirements: • Experience pertaining to the above tasks • Ability to work well with others and also on your own • Reliable vehicle capable of carrying items such as paint, ladder, tools, job site materials etc... • Basic set of tools • Mobile phone with internet access
