We are looking for someone to move into our furnished home for a few months to help with some small repairs. During the stay, the tenant is expected to complete several small jobs, such as fixing plastered walls, extremely minor plumbing fixes (fixing faucets/heads), and other small, non-specialized repairs. Tenant will need to provide a state-issued ID and consent to a background check. We are looking for a trustworthy individual. We are trustworthy and generally chill people, but will act in kind when needed. We are not adding photos at this time, but the house is lovely. You will have your own bathroom and walk-in closet.
